VINTAGE ITEMS:
As with all vintage goods unless tagged "new old stock" there can be minor flaws and slight wear to items, especially clothing and jewelry. We triple check each item from both our stock as well as from consigners to make certain the descriptions are correct and the item is honestly represented. Items are looked over when they are brought in, when they are photographed and before they are shipped out.
RETURNS:
Since some of our items are on consignment from our customers and other sellers we do not accept returns unless the item is grossly misrepresented. Please make sure to ask any questions prior to purchasing an item as all sales are final. Only special circumstances will be considered if asking to return an item or if prior approval is made before time of purchase. Past customers wearing an item for an occasion, copying the design or switching for inferior copies then returning the item has forced us to adhere to this policy.
If your item was damaged in transit we will assist you in the refund process for that item. If you have a problem with your item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can sort it out.
